Based on the same design as its bigger brother the Spike, the Oozy pedal has been highly weight-optimised through targeted CNC machining to create a trail style pedal for riders looking to keep the weight of their bikes to a minimum.

With amazing grip, a thin profile and chamfered edges all in a lightweight package, the Oozy pedal is one of the best all-around Trail pedals on the market. Featuring an oversized cartridge bearing right up near the crank arm and a bushing located on the end of the spindle, Spank was able to create a long-lasting design while still providing a large 100x100mm platform for you to stomp on.

Who’s this item for: The Oozy is designed for Trail, All Mountain, and Enduro riders but it’s quite a lightweight pedal and much of the material has been removed in the pursuit of weight savings. If it’s super rocky where you ride, you smash your pedals on things a lot, or like hitting big drops and jumps, then you might be better off with the burlier Spike pedal (or Shimano Saint).
